As a man of action, Darin is a go-getter, managing the office and warehouse at the Black Hawk location. He is the man that will take a task and run with it, giving you the best result, he can. On an average day, Darin works to help customers determine the right products for their needs and goals.
Darin started at Millborn Seeds in 2016, as a part-time college warehouse employee. After falling in love with the job, he accepted a full-time Branch Manager – Black Hawk role in January 2019.
Darin is rooted in agriculture, growing up on his Family’s ranch in North Western South Dakota. He attended South Dakota State University and obtained a degree in Construction Management to fulfill his interest in building and designing.
“In Construction Management courses, I learned how to talk commercially to a contractor and build connections with them,” Darin said.
Hoping to better serve customers, Darin thrives from hearing customer success stories. “I want to help to accurately determine which product will improve their operation.”
”Here at Millborn, I love working closely with likeminded people, who share the same value and work ethic as me,” Darin said. “Millborn want’s what is best for the end user. It is our goal to serve our customers quickly and accurately. It is incredible to be a part of it.”
Outside the office, Darin spends time hunting and learning the science behind target shooting. He and his fiancé, Sammie, also enjoy spending time outdoors hiking.
