Sales Support Specialist – Brookings, SD

We are looking to grow our team with a detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Sales Support Specialist.

The ideal fit for this role is someone that is passionate about supporting everyone around them – teammates, customers, dealers, etc. The support this person provides will enable the sales team to enrich the lives of every customer and their land.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Anticipate the needs of respective sales team members to enable sales growth
• Communicate with dealers and customers to gather order information with excellent customer service
• Respond to inquiries from dealers, customers, or sales team members in a timely manner
• Enter complex sales orders and make updates as needed
• Work with an optimization mindset to improve daily processes and procedures
• Execute workload through appropriate channels based on training and standardized procedures

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work independently and clear workload without supervision
• Thrive under pressure in a progressive, fast-paced environment
• Positive mindset through challenging workload
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Data entry experience preferred
