POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking to grow our team with a Renovo Seed Location Manager focused on providing practical solutions for Renovo Seed customers at their location. This person needs to be a go-getter and self-starter, with the ability to own everything at their location. This Location Manager will be located at our North Sioux City, SD location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide walk-in and call-in customers practical seed solutions through their extensive knowledge of our product lineup
  • Lead team at location to sell product and process sales orders
  • Manage forecasting process for location
  • Own all things operations for the location – inventory management, initiate inbound products, optimization of warehouse space
  • Oversee maintenance of building
  • Collaborate with accounting team to process accounting procedures as requested
  • Stay up-to-date on important topics in the agriculture industry
  • Manage OSHA regulations, update safety procedures, and keep team members up-to-date with new processes

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge and experience in seed industry preferred
  • Ability to manage many tasks at once – strong leadership skills required
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Incredibly self-motivated and good time management skills
  • Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment
